knitpicks options

So I’ve been drooling over the knitpicks options interchangeable needles since the day they came out, but have never found a reason to justify my buying them.  Today I’m reading the latest knitty, which, incidentally contains the pattern which I’ve been bugging Amy about since I noticed the sweater sitting in the shop (very excited, and doesn’t terra look great modelling it!)  But that is all not the point.  The point is, have you seen the NEW BIRCH KNITPICKS OPTIONS NEEDLES?!?  I am not a fan of the rainbow tips, but with all the positive reviews of the original metal set, I’m confident that this birch set will be just as wonderful!  And more economical than the addis that I’ve been buying of late…
